You are God's Masterpiece

I hope you had a great week and looking forward to a wonderful weekend and overall a fantastic summer.  Most of us will probably be spending our weekends gardening, barbequing, attending barbeques or trying to stay cool at the park or at the beach.  After all you are allowed to have some R&R I won’t hold it against you, and I doubt your children or significant other will do so either.

At the beginning of the year God gave me a theme for the year, “Harnessing the greatness within.”  This greatness was not only to be harnessed in your children, but within you as well.  It would be near impossible for you to work with something in someone else if you can’t do so for yourself.

There is so much more to you than you see in the mirror.  You are truly God’s masterpiece.  Here are 4 beautiful verses of scripture that confirms this fact that I would love for you to meditate on this week.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous – how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed.” (Psalm 139:13-16, NLT)

In His Service,

Vilma
